Hold That Prospect wins Big A’s Correction (AP)

NEW YORK (AP)—Hold That Prospect won the $63,700 Correction Handicap for
fillies and mares, the third and final race contested Saturday at Aqueduct.

The remainder of the card was canceled due to extreme cold.

Hold That Prospect, the 4-5 favorite, led all the way to earn her first
stakes victory. Jorge Chavez was aboard for trainer Gary Gullo as the 5-year-old
beat Heaven’s Voice by 7 1/2 lengths to improve to 12 for 26. The time was 1:11.23
on the fast track.

Hold That Prospect paid $3.60, $2.80 and $2.10. Heaven’s Voice returned
$3.50 and $2.30, while Fascinatin’ Rhythm paid $2.30 to show.
